Download Station off ?

Over the last few weeks my TRS2010 ,TRS2009 and TRS2006 have been failing to connect to DLS on numerous days . TRS2004 is working to-day but not the other three . This is not a very good example to set to try and sell your products . Please try harder to remain connected for your loyal members sake and any new members we can obtain

Download Station off

There are no errors in my installations of TRS2010 , TRS2009 , TRS2006 or TRS2004 and work perfectly when the Downland Station is on line .
It seems to me that it is taken off line and then TRS2010 , TRS2009 , TRS2006 and TRS2004 come up with "Check username and password" or "Unable to find Username and password" when it should be saying "Download Station is off line" .
At one stage we received WARNINGS that the Download Station would be off line but not lately .
I am sure that this happening to all .
I recently received an offer of 'Lifetime First Class Ticket' which I am reluctant to take up until the service is restored to the 'Old' effecient service that was experienced when I first joined Trainz back many years ago .

We have had 3 this week from Zec relating to server issues.
