download speed

I would like to know what speed do others download at on cmp. I am on dsl and my normal speed to download files is usually in the upper 100s, sometimes over 200 but when I try to download on the cmp it will start really fast, but in no time has gone down to about 4 to 6kbps. That is really S L O W!!!!!! Anything I can do to speed it up??

4-6kbps is typical for users who don't have FCT's. If you want to download from the DLS at a faster speed then you'll need to purchase a FCT.

sometimes i go from 4-10 kbs, and oddly sometimes 180 mbps (the mb isnt mega bytes tho)
