download problem!

Hi, can anyone help, no matter how hard I try, I can't download anything from the website! It keeps telling me that the server is full and to try again later.
I have tried to ask about this problem at a higher level and all you get in reply is doggie doo!
Surely if you buy a product and it says that 1000's of downloads are available, then where are they?

This is a common problem. The usual solution is to go into Trainz Options from the Trainz Launcher. In the Planet Auran tab delete and re-enter your user name and password then click OK.
 
Thanx but nothing has changed!

All I'm getting is the server is full try again later!
Thanks anyway. I posted a view how this greedy, grubby, ****ty website was a few months ago, but still no-one listens! For Christ's sake stop being ripped-off by these greasy weasels!

Do you have a First Class Ticket (FCT)?

The server connections may in fact be busy, therefore the all the connections are "full".

Keep retrying, and eventually you'll get in if this is the case.
