download problem

I have always been able to download content. I have the same user name and
password for 8 years. Now, from the CM2, it says "incorrect user name and password". In CM2 my user name and password are correct under settings. My searial no.s for all my versions are in my profile. What am I ding wrong?

Go to Profile in the forum menu list and select Edit Account. Then select edit password and re-enter your password.
