There was an issue with the emails that were sent out to pre-orders where they included a link to the download before it was available. You will need to go into your order history and download the 5 files that will be available on the order/download page. You can access your order history by going to the following link https://www.auran.com/planetauran/Order_History.php
Once on the order history page, click on the order number that matches the digital download purchase. On the order page, you will find a download link, click on this. This will take you to the download page, where you will find two download links. Please try using the top download link first.
We do recommend that digital downloads be downloaded using a download manager such as http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/
