Download Helper

Hi. I have beeen around Trainz,off and on, since TS2004.
I am now, after a rather lengthy period of inactivity, trying to get into TS12.
I am satisfied with the progress I am slowly making apart from my experience with Download Helper.
I have registered with Auran and added my User Name and Password.
I have a 1st class ticket which is activated.
My computer satisfied the opening diagnostic.

When I drag an item into Download Helper it gives a few coughs and splutters then comes to a halt
while "Searching for Dependencies".
I have read the TS Manual to no effect.
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to handle Download Helper effectively.
Please be aware that I am pretty thick regarding Trainz and computers.

Hello.:wave:
Make sure that you are logged on as and using Trainz as the computer Administrator. Trainz needs to write files and have full access to work fully, this can only happen with Administrator rights.
