Download Helper please help

Everytime I try to download something from the download station using the download helper it comes up, does the whole logging in to planet auran... downloading dependant asset list stuff then it says idle. When I click on the overall tab it either says "the requested packages are already intalled" or "unable to contact download station". It used to work but now does not. Any help?

Hi electroguy1 - welcome to the forums.

Two things to be aware of.

If you are using TC1 or earlier, you need a First Class Ticket.

Also, you must register your version to download any content.
