Download from download Station with windows 7

Hi
Since i can not find an e-mail address for the Helpdesk i have to try here ---- i am running TRS 2004, TRS 2006 anf TS 2010 Enginers Edition and ProTrain Perfect 1 ----- soon also ProTrainPerfect 2
Since i upgraded from win XP Pro 64 Bit to Windows Professional 7 i can not download from the download station anymore because it does not recognise my protrain Prefect registration although under my registrations the registration of Protrain Perfect 1 is there black on white.
A friend of mine has a simular problem with protrain Perfect 2.
We are both registered at the download station but we can not download although we both have a first class ticket for the download station.
Can someone please help me fixing this problem and i thank you very much in advance for your help

What method are you using to download?

If it is using Content Manager, you need to make sure you are running your version of Trainz as admin.

If you are using the web-based DLS, it may be worth trying the password-change trick.

Someone can advise on either of these if there is a problem.

If you are using Win7, you need to run Trainz as Administrator, otherwise things don't always work properly.
