Download difficulties

I ordered the digital download for Trainz 12, Downloaded all files, and the installer is telling me that the files could not be found, though they are clearly on the desktop. Must I "unzip" the files or do something else to get this install to complete? Thank you for your ideas.

Have you grouped the files together in one folder?

Currently, they are only on the desktop and in the temp folder.
