Hi All
Is there a way of syncronizing the controls when driving a double-header, assuming similar locos.
I found the second loco was rather lazy and had to hop cabs.
I'll stay and fine tune hopping if need be, but just wondering...

In NSW the braking was all controlled by the front locomotive the loco whistles were use for crew communcation but route knowlage was the best thing as both drivers would know when to put on the steam and when to drift.
It was not uncommon to have 2 locos on the front and 2 on the back pushing on some coal trains and at time even tripple headers.
