Try running everything as an Administrator (right-click on the icon and it'll be on the drop-down list), that should help.

Let's go for it!

Exact procedures to follow:

TRS2006 installation:

• TRS2006 setup.exe must be executed as administrator. Right button --> Properties --> Run as administrator.

• SP1 .exe file should be run the same later on.

Once TRS2006 SP1 installed and before first run (this is very important):

• Open Program Files/Auran/TRS2006/Bin and find the following files:

CCP
CCPConsole
ContentManager
trainzutil
TPS2006

Their privilege level must be change into: "Run this program as administrator" (Right button --> Properties --> Compatibility --> Privilege level)

• It is advisable to do the same on the following files:

gsc
gse
launcher
openGLextensions
Trainz
TrainzDiag

• Lest you have problems with the starting video codecs, you better get rid of running it:

Find trainzoptions.txt file, which is located on the TRS2006 root folder, and add this line:

-intro=disable

• And finally, TRS2006.exe (located in the root folder), must be run with administrator's privilege level. "Run this program as administrator" (Right button --> Properties --> Compatibility --> Privilege level)
