Hi,
1) The DLS does NOT SELL Stuff.
All the assets you see have been created by other Trainz users and uploaded - no-one gets paid for their assets on the DLS.
2) Check that the asset you are downlaoding is compatible with your version of Trainz - there have been many changes over the different versions, and some of those created in new versions are not compatible with the old versions - eaually, the old assets may work with the new Software - they may not.

Stas probably means he paid for the game or a FCT and would expect error free things available. Stas, there is a filter for versions "minimum Version" Set it to 2.9 or bigger to get error free assets in TS2009 and up. But what if an asset with buildversion 2.9 or up does show an error? Whom to complain to?

First - and best step is to contact the Author.
The AuthorID is given by the Content Manager -
Highlight the item, then look at "Asset Details"
The Author is shoen with a "View Profile" button.
This lets you see the author details + email contact
If no help then (some have lfet etc), post the problem in the forum

Wrong, the First Class Ticket helps to pay for the upkeep of the Download Servers, you don't have to buy a FCT to access the servers so you are not paying for the content.
As previously said, the content on the DLS is made by other players and is FREE to download.
Stas04 calm down already, you are giving us Russians a bad image. I just think Mr. Stas here needs to cool off a little and use some common sense and some CM filters. I would like to apologize on his behalf. Also im formats are mostly well read in later version of the game. And the authors are free to choose whatever items they wish for their maps. Remember the DLS has been there and mostly free since UTC, it is bound to have some old assets. No reason to get so upset and blame Auran for it.
Stas04 will be OK. He is apparently under the impression that he paid for the downloads, when in reality all he paid for was the high speed access to and from the DLS. The content itself is free. He also needs to register his version(s).

The good news is that this content creator still seems to be active, so I'd suggest politely contacting him and letting him know of the problem. This particular asset was uploaded just over 5 years ago for TRS2004, and in those days error checking was a lot less rigorous than it is now - TRS2004 would ignore many "errors" and/or substitute default values so that, no matter how much the original content creator tested it, those errors would never be revealed.
My own experiences with "older" assets that show errors in TS2010 is that most can be fixed in 5 to 10 minutes - but if it was one of mine, I'd be more inclined to respond to having it politely drawn to my attention than a message saying "DLS sells moldy stuff".

Stalknulsya is just a badly translated "crashed" or "met with" or "encountered" So he was saying he met some bad things. JimDep, thank you I think they're cute too. And I doubt he is a pirate, he does have access to the DLS ^^ Just some misunderstanding and a little frustration and somethings lost in translation.
