DLS not working?

I'm aware the servers are full, but with this fisrt class ticket i bought, shouldn't I be able to download anyway? For the past few weeks, my cmp won't download, and says all the locations are full. Is anyone else having the same problem, and will it be fixed?

Working for me, albeit slowly (needed to manually search a KUID via the DLS website a few minutes ago, and it took nearly 2 minutes for the page to load, but it did load), just tried a download via CM3.3 and it downloaded/installed fine.

No problem for me with FCT. Perhaps you should try the trick of deleting and reinserting your username & password in your profile and in CM.

Have yoy changed firewall settings, perhaps because you've had an automatic update, and TRS can't get through?

after 4 weeks or so no dls this time I got through on CM3.3 and FTP to DL something.
So my best guess is to many people are tight up with family stuff and diner things or stuck on airports in EU.
So it is nothing more than bandwith Auran has to solve and that is a money issue for sure with the providers these days. Hope this gets solved after the new year when most people go back to work and school and the retirement crew get their live back :hehe::hehe: and business as usual.

I cannot get any download going as well and have'nt for over a week. System is a bit corrupt when you pay for First class and can't get it BUT THEY CONTINUE WITH THE DAY COUNTDOWN ON THE SITE.

Not sure why you're having a problem if you have an FCT. I have one as well and only occasionally have the server full issue but when that occurs I try again in a few minutes and seem to get through ok. Have managed to download all Davido's creations into TS2010 today without any issues.

Have you tried deleting your Profile password and re-entering it (can be the same one) as this seems to help people in a lot of instances.

Now how on earth did my username get changed to "cascadecascade" ... I have lost all ability to download, as my game is registered under: cascaderailroad.

I guess resetting my Profile & PW has changed my username as well ... lol

Setting it back will be fun chore.

that's always fun...might try the password thing tommorow, but really, after three weeks of being stuck with this "full server" malarkey its just stopped bothering me. Usually after 10:00PM i can download what i want. It doesn't bother me that much anyone. Will hopefully get an FCT for christmas (i asked for a lifetime one ) oh well, hopefully the new year will bring an end to this mess. Happy Trainzing and Happy Holidays!!!
