DLS limit with FCT?

Hi;
I have an active FCT, but today while downloading a lot of content in CM3.3 (TS2010_SP3) download stopped with the message that I had downloaded my quota of 100MB for today.
I thought there was no limit for DLS with an FCT.

CM3.3 is not showing my active FCT at the moment (probably the issue), but my profile on Auran does show it.

Is this just another glitch with Auran's servers; they were running very slow until today, but today I have been DL at a normal speed for FCT.

Try re setting your profile plus clear any downloads you have from CM 3.3 . And yes there is no limit with a FCT.

I tried resetting my username and password to blank in CM3, shut down, then restarted (after allowing TadDaemon to shut down), and my username and pw were re-installed. I have no trouble connecting to Planet Auran, but CM is not showing my FCT. This is the first time I can recall this has happened to me, although I have read many posts from others who have had this problem. It seems that it resolves on its own after some time.

Have you tried resetting the password in your Auran profile, via the "Profile" button on this webpage? (You can retype the same one).

they have had some problems over the weekend and they are working on repairing it just be patient
i had the same problem this weekend and i sent a ticket and they responded
and told me about the problem

I just did that, but after saving the new pw, I can no longer log into Planet Auran. I am still logged in here, so I am able to post.
I tried the "forgot password", and the new pw I just created was e-mailed to me, yet it won't work on my profile.

This is really screwed up.
I guess I'll have to sit cool for a few hours and see what happens. I don't plan on downloading anything more today anyway.

Thanks for the info. I am now able to log into my profile and the forum with my new password, and CM3 is able to connect to Auran, but still does not show my FCT.

I also tried TS2009 and TS2006, with same results. None of the CM see my FCT, which expires in Aug 2011.

I guess I'll just sit tight and wait for the "light", as they say in the business.

I clear DLH but when I log back onto CM3.3, the item I cleared comes back.
I am now able to DL another 100M since a new day has begun.

Incidentally, I can DL 3x the limit of 100M during this issue because I have 3 copies of TS registered. TS2006, TS2009, and TS2010. Each allows up to 100M DL/day.
But none of them are showing my FCT.

Perhaps it's time to call a plumber, as the pipes are clogged!
I've got to go attend to some plumbing of my own here in New Jersey, so I'll be busy for a while. Hopefully when I'm done and get back to the computer I will find happily that my FCT is working again. Unfortunately, my Cat5E cables pass over/under the plumbing I need to work on, so I will have to pull the network down temporarily. I'll check back late tomorrow Eastern time.
I wonder whether the "black pages" are working.
