DLS Cleanup: are there some consistent criteria for allowing item repair?

Hello,

today I claimed, repaired and uploaded to the DLS five pieces of rolling stock made by slugsmasher. One of them is dc_flatcar_3,<kuid2:86661:15013:1>.
I also noticed that the following assets are present on the DLS:


dc_flatcar,<kuid:86661:15010>
dc_flatcar_1,<kuid:86661:15011>
dc_flatcar_2,<kuid:86661:15012>
dc_flatcar_4,<kuid:86661:15014>
dc_flatcar_5,<kuid:86661:15015>
dc_flatcar_6,<kuid:86661:15023>

All of the above assests are absolutely identical (except for the load) to dc_flatcar_3,<kuid2:86661:15013:1> and also require updating. None of them, however, is listed among the assets available for claiming under the DLS Cleanup program.

Can someone please explain me why?

It's an automated process that checks it - my guess is that it hasn't checked those assets yet, or that the timeframe for the creator to repair the assets hasn't expired for some reason.
