DLS 2010 problem

Check that the Download Station tab is selected and not the installed tab. Are you connected to the internet when you run Content Manager.

Every time you start with CM, it goes out to DLS to get an update, so there's no reason why new stuff shouldn't be available.

My CM3.3 is currently at 160055. The latest uploads are two for Oct. 16th.

I have just connected CM3.3 again and my user name and password have been verified. I have selected 'Downlod Station' and it has loaded 157872 items. I have then selected installation time and the latest content is stil Sept 22nd. Any other suggestions please?:'(

Hello Peter, it's not just you, I have that problem too but having seen this in the past I was just going to try and ride it out until it fixed itself. Fingers crossed.

In my CM3.3, if you select the Download Station tab, the installation time column shows when the kuid was install on the DLS. If you select My Content it shows when you installed the kuid on your computer. The installation time column is context related.

My latest Installation time is 16 Oct, 157055 items displayed. Make sure you have Location -Download station selected in the filter.
