yes, to aline the hight, under the tracks tool bar (at the very bottom) is a button (or rather a tab) that says "more" click it and the whole track list panel should get larger, there are some track modifiers on the "more" section...
look at "the spline height" (the one at the bottom).... you can put a height # into the box, and when you click the button to the right of the box, you can make any point on the track the same height.

to be honest, its an extremely hard route to model.
many people think that its a matter of throughing down a shape that looks like disney, but with all the illusions disney uses to make the parks appear larger then they are, it a tough business to have to do.
for me the Gmax has never truely been my strong point, at this point, all thats holding my route back is the need for custom buildings and a few bridges. All i need is a person, who is skilled at creating quick low poly detailed buildings, then im set to go.

I hope to be able to Release the Disneyland California route this year, but im still inquireing for assistance

By easy route I ment laying the track the track layout is the easy part if we could just get the buildings made and on the DLS we would be on the right track I wish I could get ahold of the 04 version it was pretty good.

To make track all the same height go into the track tab, open the advanced tab, and then choose the "Get Spline Height" button. Click the spline point you want to have the same height and then you'll get the height in the dial. Then choose the "Set Spline Height" button and click on each spline height. Tada! Everything is the same height.

To make a perfect circle, go into the buildings tab and filter it down to fixed track. Then choose the turn piece you want, place it, and put them together like snap track until they make a circle. if you want different track I think the fixed track changes to whatever track you connect to them, but if not just lay the track you want at the same spline points as the circle. Hope this helps.:)

Depending on the stations you're looking for, I would go to the DLS, type in Monorail or Disney and you should find what you're looking for.
One thing I have been playing with (without tipping my hand for my layout) is looking at other elevated stations where I can attach monorail beams and they will change from standard rail track to concrete beam. I haven't been able to use any of these other stations yet but I will.

Also, you might want to check out this thread. http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=40748 There are a lot of shots showing different stations in use.

At this moment there is no finnished layout...... however, there are three (that I know of) being worked on... one of disneyland, and two others of disney world

im not sure of the progress on the wdw layout, mainly because im in charge of the Disneyland in California, but if you want to inquire about the board, you need to talk to Signalman65, he has a web site that you can check out his work so far, he is extremely good at what he does, he can give you better answers

Thanks for the comments about me, but I have had some trouble lately. My son joined the army, and I have had to move in with a neice. My old computer developed a problem with XP not booting, and I did not have everything backed up. I now have a new computer a quad 1.8 gig with 4 gigs of ram, but I can't get my files off the old system. Some one asked for my route of WDW, and I sent them the Map and all the content I had so far. I hope who ever it was will read this, and send me a copy back so I can continue with building the route.

Nice to see your back signalman, I look forward to seeing more of your progress (once you secure your route once more)

cheers

Good luck to your son in the army, Signalman!

Once your new computer is up and running, take your old hard drive out and setup it up as a second drive. It should mount ujp as a D: drive. You might have to change a jumper, but I'm not sure since I'm not there to see the drive myself...

Anyway once the system comes up, the old drive maybe accessable in My Computer, and you should be able to copy your data off the drive and on to your new C: drive. This is of course true unless the drive is in fact toast.

Good luck,

John

Or, alternatively, if you don't want to open the new machine, and assuming the problem is not a electronic or hardware issue with the drive itself, one can get an external drive housing into which to mount the drive from the old machine, and connect it to the new machine via the USB port.

you are right I do not want to open the new computer. And as I said in my post I have already bought an external drive housing that connects to a USB port, and it required no software and none came with it. But Vista sees it as a new drive, and says I have to format the drive before I can use it. I can't do that or I wil lose everything on it.

Actually, if Vista wants to reformat it, the drive may, indeed, be toast. You can try to mount it on an XP system but, I suspect XP will want to format it as well. I suspect that the partition table or the directory (or both) are corrupt. Generally, if those are intact, Windows will treat it as a viable drive. Or the hardware, either electronic or mechanical, is kaput.

Sorry, I couldn't be more positive.

I was thinking the same thing when I read this part. Since the systems want to try to format the drive, he might want to try to repair the MBR, which contains the drive partition table. There are various utilities for this. Here's a quick link to one of them I found while doing a quick search in Bing.

There are probably free ones available as well. I just didn't search long enough at this time.

At this point there's nothing and all the more to gain because if the drive can be salvaged this way, then the data will be available. If not, well nothing can be done anyway and all is lost to the great bit heaven where all lost data goes.

This is why I have two hard drives plus externals and burn my data to DVDs very often. Remember I worked in systems for years and the paranoia has never left me. ;)

To All, I gave no one permission to distrubite my content. If I wanted that I would simply up load it to the download station. If you want something just ask me and I will glady send it, provided you use it only for your own use.:(
