diesel loading

Before anyone sais it its not letting me activate my code for ts12, but does anyone know a plant or something that loads your cars(tankers) with diesel or avation fuel?

Look on the DLS for an asset called "Oil Refinery". I'm using it successfully in 2010, so I assume it will work in 2012 as well.
