Hello Everyone!

Looked at Ocemy's Site, and I wonder what this would be like when it's released...

1st Picture here, will the sinks have running water when you turn the handle in cab mode? :hehe:

But this train is cooler than the McDonald's sweet tea I'm drinking now!
You have to download this train before you die! Seriously! :D

Wow, that's creepy realistic! Now all we have to do is get the surroundings outside the train to match that.:D

MSTS has nothing on this, hands down.

I'd much rather hold it til I get to a station! I wouldn't dare set foot in that bathroom! Especially when it gets clogged!

Needless to say, quite an interesting car!:)

As i have never been out of Australia i wouldnt know for sure, But i belive you kneel and lean slightly forward to straighten the bowls which makes it easyer to do #2.
But please no Quote's as its only what i have heard :D

Excellent work done on the details :)

I think you will find that it is called as a 'squat' toilet, common in Arabian and I think Indian toilets. Some areas of Europe may use the same.

No kneeling needed but not good for old bones.

It's a common toot in many countries including Asia and Japan. If you ever get confronted by one of these, just go to a large shopping complex and use the Disabled toilet. Always walk in with a limp and they won't question you. They're usually the standard European variety and they're usually very clean.

Yup, the foreigners here in Korea call them squatters and they are common. The high school I teach at has about 80% of them and it's 10 years old.

Thankfully there is a *throne* style toilet on each floor that I can use. In my 6 + years here, I've only used a squatter maybe 2 or 3 times so it is avoidable if you are lucky and plan ahead.

Squatting is no fun but hey, if you have to go, you have to go.

As well, most restrooms out here don't have toilet paper. You can buy it from a machine outside if you are lucky. If not, you can pray. Most of the sinks I've seen don't have soap either (these things don't apply to private/public places like a department store but rather shared bathrooms in a commercial building complex).

Believe it or not, squatters are actually much better for the environment than a throne (uses much less water). Most of the world takes freshwater for granted and you'd figure that respective governments would have the foresight to insist that people use sink *wastewater* to fill up their toilets as a way of conserving water.

Enough of my ranting for now. Great detail and it's amazing to see what creators like Ocemy can do!

If you put a clean house brick inside an older system, that will save 2 litres a flush. Doesn't sound much, but if a family of five each pays a visit three times a day, that's an annual saving of 11,000 litres or 2,900 US Gallons.

:) My mom did that when I was a child. It's a good start. Still, I hope more modern housebuilders will consider/be forced to use sink/shower wastewater. That could help a lot. Besides, we don't drink from the toilet do we?

They're doing better than I am, the best I can do is this:

And its not finished. I think I need to revise my tactics slightly. (Interestingly, what makes the difference, isn't the modelling, but the texturing to go with the modelling.)

That looks very good if you ask me. :)

I know virtually nothing about creating but from what I hear, it's the texturing that makes a model good vs. great.

Ocemy is one of the most talented guys on here, I'm always amazed by his creations. Thats one guy that Auran should put on staff. Beats Robs stuff hands down.

Cheers

For the bathroom guys, the people must touch with they´re knees the metalic thing. So I think you get an idea now.

Your supposed to take a dump on that thing? I thought it was only for urinating!

Yup. I used them all the time in Japan for three years. Actually, they're quite a bit more comfortable than a seated position.
