deleted session

i have trs06 and whenever i go to the surveyor to make a new session in highland valley and if i don't finish my session i'll try to save my session and then i'll see the name of my saved session when i get out of my unfinished session then i'll get out of the game and then 'll get back into the game to see if my unfinished session is still there but it will be gone it's like no matter how many times i try to make a session in highland valley and don't finish it it will keep deleting my unfinished session and it just pisses me off when it won't save my unfinished session why doe's it alway keep deleting my unfinished session it's like it won't let me finish my unfinished session the next time i go on trs06 i just hate it when it keeps disappearing it's like i can never go back to my unfinished session and never finish my session it should be able to save my unfinished session but i don't know why it keeps deleting my unfinished session it just makes me very unhappy and i wish it would stop doing that so i can do some more of my saved session in highland valley

I believe we've been over this already, and you were supplied with the answer. Do you remember that?

To start with, as I have told you on more than one thread, you must register your game.

Once this is done, you will be able to save progress in a Driver session.

Be aware that if it is not a legitimate copy, you will not get much support from anyone.

kinda you were saying something about registering the game if you were then how would you register the game do you have to go to the auran website to register it or how would you register it if i register trs06 then will the game be able to save my unfinished session so that way i can go back and do some more of my unfinished session without the game deleting my session
 
Go to profile up above, log in, then go to serial number to register your game, then you should be able to save your sessions.

well i went to profile then i loged in then i went to put the serial number in to register my game after i put the serial number in then i went down to product and so i clicked on the down arrow and the closest trainz product was trainz(trainz utc trs04 trs06 trs07 tci1&2 tc3) so i went down to location purchased and clicked on received as a gift then i clicked on submit then i got a note saying the serial number has already been registered then under registered serial number it said you have no registered serial number so i don't know what's up with that i don't know why it said that but i'am guessing that i probbably either i don't have a registered serial number or i don't really know what excatly i'am just trying find out a way to save my unfinished session after i try to name it then some how save it so it will stay there that way i can do some more of my unfinished session in highland valley

So you haven't really come close.
 
Thanks for reminder to register product even though it was not aimed in my direction. I made the error of thinking because product was downloaded from the official site such registration would be automatic.

well i tried to register the game but when i went to register the game it said that it was already registered so i've already said the whole part of where i try to save my unfinished session but ends up some how never staying there so i can do some more of my unfinished session and everything else i may have already said in the past thread although i tried the same thing again in the same place but did'nt get to finish so i went to the driver section and played the two of the same passenger trains i had the canadian national start in greenwood and the second same train start in highland valley so i had the first train go to lambley and the second train go to stormont and that's where i saved my train at hoping that would work but i guess it did'nt really work after i got out of the driver session and clicked on the surveyor my saved session was gone
 
I still think the registration issue is part of the problem, but also, if you save a Saved Session in Driver then modify the route in Surveyor, the Saved Session in Driver may become null and void.

Also, if you are using Windows Vista or 7, make sure the game is running as administrator.

well i don't think the registration is the problem but when i try to save my unfinished session in the surveyor section it wont stay saved for too long it will just get deleted or something all's i know is that i can't ever go back and do some more of my unfinished session in surveyor but the way i get in to the game is i double click on the trs06 icon and then i click on the start button and thats how i get into the game so i don't really have the game running as administrator so i don't really thinks it really matters if the game is suppose to run as administrator or not i guess it doesn't matter as long as you can get into the game with or without it running on administrator
 
It is essential that you follow things by the book.

This will help other users identify where the issue is.

If you are using Windows Vista or 7 (Home Premium) the game must be set to run as administrator.

i don't think the registration is the problem but i've have tried to save my unfinished session in surveyor but i don't really know how to modify the route in surveyor but i am using windows 7 but does the game have to run as administrator
