Defect Detector questions

Hello,

So I was playing on a route I downloaded, and it had a defect detector on there. Not the first time I've ran into one before, but each time I run over one it always talks very slowly. I want to make it talk the normal way it is supposed to talk.

Also, wondering if anyone is making a defect detector that sounds like the real deal. I'd be the first one to get it :hehe:
