Daytime/Nightime

Hi
I'm trying to get sunrise around 6am and sunset around 9pm but I can't ??
I've been playing around with the clock in the "World symbol" in surveyor, but it just stays getting dark at 6.30pm ish.
Can someone explain how I can achive what I want

You need to activate the Driver Conditions rule. Do a search for more info.
