Date change issue

Hi
Does anybody know why i cannot change the session date in Trainz?

We have some Romanian signals that have a script + mesh for winter. When the date is set to winter the snow mesh shows up, when it's set to something else (except Jan, Feb and Dec) the mesh is not visible.

But every time i try to click on another day, or on the arrows to change month, i automatically changes on January, and i can only scroll to February (right arrow) If i click on the left arrow, it changes the year (goes back one year per click)

The only way to set it is to manually write "8" (for August) in that tab, but after i close the Environment menu and reopen it, the date is back on January. Why is this function even built if it is not working properly? And how can i make it work properly?

The only way I can make the date save is to use pguy's "QuickDrive" rule.

I thought this was set in the route layer rather than the session, or at least that's where I remember setting mine to mid July oh so many route versions ago and it seems to have remained that way.

I managed somehow to save it (at least the snow mesh disappeared) from the session layer. Kinda tricked it, set the date , then click on the ground, and save the session without closing the environment menu....
