Database veryfication

Dear colleagues, I'm slowly losing hope that anything will happen with TRS22 (build 132285). Yesterday everything was working fine, and today I launch the game and it starts repairing the database. So I wait for it to finish, but Trainz won't stop. It got stuck checking for new content and literally crashed. Literally, because the system manager shows 0% CPU usage and about 1 GB of memory used. When I try to launch the game without validation, it resets to the desktop :/

I finally installed the new version and tried to launch it, but I'm having trouble verifying my Auran account. It redirects me to the support page and recommends contacting them. Strangely enough, my nickname is displayed correctly and it says I have 5 days left until the FCT ends. What should I do in this situation? I think I should go back to TRS19, because everything worked fine there and still does :(

Another problem is faulty built-in add-ons (packages). I was advised to download newer versions, and I did what I could. There are no updates for some of them. Then the faulty ones show up as outdated. I have over 1,400 such add-ons. And there's no way to remove them. Are they supposed to be permanent?

There are also errors, but in this type of package, such as:

- <NULL>: Failed to download pre-cached data for package "sc479f" version "12345" for the "standard-31" platform.

Why can't I download them?
 
Definitely a server issue. Switched off internet, Rebuilding database worked as per normal. Internet on, it stalls.
I have also lost functionality regarding the placement of track objects , signals, etc. With internet on or off. These issues have manifested themselves since last Thursday's server maintenance.
Ticket has been sent to Trainz Support.
I am using TRS22 SP5.
