Custom routes missing after downloading

I have this problem on my 2006 CCP after downloading assets from the DLS and after deleting assets.tdx and the cache folder

When I open up trainz, any routes I have made myself before downloading, as well as the newest content on the game, are nowwhere to be found in the game.
I lost a route I have been working on and after 5 startups on the game it still is not there

Any help on this? Where can I retrieve the files?

Have you checked the missing dependencies, open for edit, or faulty categories in CMP? Any of these would prevent your route from loading in Trainz.

In the upper left hand corner of the Content window click the File tab then click the Quick Database Repair tab.

A bunch of them are. I actually was able to load the route, but some of the basemaps were reverted back to their original state.
Also, I still have the problem where newly downloaded asssets have do not appear in game. Let me check if changes need to be commited in CMP.

UPDATE:

I figured how to get newly downloaded items to work first boot-up. However, the route I have started working on is still not found.
What's happening is:
1: Constant freezing
2: The route I am making appears. Then, after I download items and testing them, it disappears and isnt found on the menu. I run Trainzdiag and Trainzutil and it still doesnt show up.

I can't get the route to load on a constant basis. The route has items in the "Local" folder, and I hve TRS2006.

Any help appreciated.

Hmm, TS2006 creates assets.tdx the first time it's started up after removing that file. It'll seem like the program hangs, but in fact it's rebuilding the database so be patient. If I remember correctly, when you wanted to force a database rebuild you needed to remove the assets.tdx file, but also the backup of that file, assets.??? (I don't remember the extension, but I believe it began with 'b' from backup). Have a look in the cache folder I believe, or do a search with assets.* from your trainz installation root folder to find it and remove both before starting up trs2006 again.

It looks like It has mysteriously disappeared. I do not have faulty assets and all there are no missing dependecies. It will not even show up on content manager. All the items I used in the created route were there and not faulty.

I can probably take up the next few days to re-do my progress. It was a yard, 1 station, and roads.

This doesn't sound right.

Are you sure you didn't delete something by mistake?
