I just happened across this video, and I have to say it's shocking.

According to the poster:

Two runaway Army train cars from Fort Drum rolled about eight miles Monday before crashing into a CSX maintenance train and derailing, causing a small propane fire that prompted the evacuation of nearby residents. This was supposedly filmed with a camera phone. No one was injured.

Not the first time...

This has been going on ever since the Ft. opened the line that leads to the main...

They kick cars down the line thinking they won't top a hill between the Ft. and main.

...sometimes they do...:hehe:

I think it's time to put a siding at the top of the hill to catch any cars that don't stop.
