These lines are about 45 miles north and more from where I live. The freight trains and Amtrak Downeaster on the B&M line through Scarborough, ME go through Haverhill, MA where I live. I can hear the rail action periodically during the day now unlike under Guilford and PAR when a couple of trains would run during the night. CSX also appears to be doing some track improvement and encouraging customers on these lines that were once pretty dead under Guilford and Pan Am Railways. It's awesome seeing the freight move again.
Take a good look at the track and textures. The ballast in particular looks like JR US ballast and the yard track in Waterville looks like the JR US track (pro) #4-132 (narrow) and JR US track (pro) #4-132 Rust (narrow ballast).
