Okay, trainz simualtor 2009 has corrupted.
What I was doing before the corruption
I was just re-tracking (is what I think as replacing track) the track on the built-in route: Rosworth Vale.
What I was doing when the corruption happened
I was re-tracking the yard at Arthington when all of a sudde, the game stopped.
What was unnerving about this was the fact that when I pressed the Windows button on your keyboard (My keyboard has a button on it which has the windows logo and "start" on it).
When I pressed the button the start menu came up but the game didn't minimizes like it does normally so I hesitated and right click ed on the trainz application and pressed "close" thinking that the game froze. A window came up saying "this program is not responding", which indicated to the fact the game crashed. I clicked the "end now" button, which closes the program down instantaneously.
After the close down
After the game closed down, I tried to start up the game, the game started up no problem, tried to load up the route autosave, no problem. Altough the game spawned me at "Sheriff Sutton" so, I tried to go over to arthington, following the railway to continue re-traking my route, I got to Armandale when the game crashed and closed down instantaneously without me doing anything.
I tried it again, same result.
So, I thought that it was just the area so I went to "find object" and then typed in "Arthington" so that the game would teleport me directly to Arthington where I could hopefully continue the yard work.
After a few seconds of the teleportation and the objects had finished spawning, the game crashed and closed down instantaneously.
So, I tried it again, same result.
So, after a third try of it, I decided to try to work on the mainline at Sheriff sutton (which I have already done, just some checking if the lines were perfectly parallel with each other). But this time, the game chrashed at the bridge between "Sheriff Sutton" and armandle.
At this point, I wasn't really bothered with trying to make the route work for now... So I turned off the computer and slept on the puzzle.
The next day (in other words, today)
I turned on my computer, started up TS2009 on the very same route which kept on crashing all of the time, the route loaded up successfully, and I went to arthington, continued on the yard, nothing happens.
But an odd thing came up in the bottom right hand corner, I clicked on it and it came up with an error, I clicked on the error and I made it show the details of it.
The details are shown on the link below.

This, at the time, was a hint for what was come.
So, I continued to work on the route as normal, with nothing odd happening.
When I started to place rolling stock, I found that the animated couplings on the rolling stock didn't show up on the usual rolling stock which originally had animated couplings (Additional information:in the end, I didn't bother with changing the couplings until a more solid one came out, so these are the bits of rolling stock with the original couplings downloaded from the DLS).
I continued, with a note in my head saying "when I've completed my route, Ill reinstall trainz".
but more problems arose (For example, objects not appearing) until I couldn't make the route anymore.
So, I closed down and tried to reinstall trainz, bot apparently, unins00.dat Was corrupted.
Where you come in
Since trainz Simualtor 2009 is corrupt, I need to find a way to reinstall trainz simulator 2009 or a solution to my corrupted content.
I've backed up all of the routes and sessions so that I can install the .cdps when I finish installing TS2009.
But for now, I got to go to bed, I might expand on this since I'm pressured for time.
