Content Name in red in surveyor

Hello every body and Happy New year.....
I donwnloaded some contents from DLS for Trainz 2012
Everything was OK: no errors, no obsolete etc
But when I launch TRS12 and go to surveyor and want use them tey appears in RED and impossible to use it
Does somebody has a solution for it

Check that they are not missing dependencies either - look for a yellow ? in Content Manager.

Thanks for your answer but in DLS I put a filter with missing dependecies and out of date, etc... and this conbtent are tunnel or some single content like, tree, building road etc...
I guess this is a problem of compatability , May be it is a way to solve this problems

Unfortunately, TS12 does not have any compatibility mode so anything that is either faulty (red !), missing dependencies (yellow ?) or has faulty dependencies (red ?) may not work without either fixing the asset/dependency or download anything that is missing.
