How does one get the tool bar to show up in CM v2.0?

I would like to know this also. I am trying to follow the CM tutorial but cannot get the toolbar to show up. As much as I like Trainz I hate the CM utility.

Trainz Objects and TRS2004 are still the best because TRS2004 was the last version without the built in CM utility.

I have a 35 year DL ticket and CM still limits me to 100 MB's a day.

What Tool Bar? As far as I know there is no tool bar after TR2006'

Tom is correct, TS2009 and TS2010 do not have tool bars due to copyright complications..

Please, when you post with a question like this, please specify what version you are using.

All of the tool bar functions are now found under the File menu or in the popup when you right click a kuid.
