When you press the HELP button in CM it take you to http://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php5/Help:Content_Manager#Introduction
That tells you nothing.

Why not add a basic question and answer help file to the CM (with a bit more detail and hints than the manual.)

This isn't unusual with online available help. There are exceptions to this, but they are rare. The old saying was to click on help to get help on how to use the help function.
