Content Manager V3.7 pproblems

Error: File copy error while opening asset <kuid2:32711:100559:3> for editing
Message: TADInternalCopyAsset> unable to move files 'c:\virgin trainz12\ts12/UserData/editing\copytempsrccclmikv018' to dest path 'c:\virgin trainz12\ts12/UserData/editing\cmtmsystem4'

I get this error when I try to open an asset in Explorer. This has just started happening, but not all the time. Just enough to get me tick off. I haven't been using trainz much for the past few weeks, but finally had time to do some stuff. And now I get this when I try to open one of my own assets. Any clues how to fix this?

I have no clue, but I would advise you open a helpdesk ticket.

Could be a Windows 'rights' issue. Are you running as Administrator ?
