Content Manager Problem

Hi All

I just installed TRS2006 and followed instrucions on changing files and i cant get content manager to work it says to me:

Content Manager Plus Has Stopped Working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available
_____________________________________________________________

Can anyone help?

is now stating:
Unable to register trainz url registry key

Do a forum search as follows:
Search - Advanced Search - Search by Key Word
Enter as Key Word(s):
Unable to register
In the Show Results as area at the bottom select Posts
read read read

I have changed files and installed SP1 and still can not even get Content Manager to load
