Content Manager offline

My content manager is not connected to the net. ( it used to be) It shows nothing in the DLS window and in the content updates tab in the game menu it says not online. My username and password are correct and in the launcher.

Has anyone had this problem or know what to do to get it going??

I have posted in the Mac forum too.. but no replies.
