Content download problems

Hi all,

I'm running TRS2009, I'm having huge probelms with downloading from the DLS. I click on the TrS2009 icon and click on content, that brings up the content manager, I find what i want to grab off the DLS it puts it in the que I then click start. Once it waits for ages it just simply puts like a red box around what i have put in the que and i can tell that nothing has been upped or downded so zero movment. No vissable errors pop up letting me know that there is a problem. Yes i have checked my username and password, i haven't changed any internet settings and yes broadband was connected and working at the time as i could access any other internet sites.

Is there soemething else i can use as a downlad mananger that works for TRS2009.
