Wow!

FIVE years of publishing a free online magazine devoted to virtual railroading. I can't believe all that time has gone by and Virtual Railroader is still online with articles and free downloads about Trainz and other simulator programs.

I want to thank Al Barten, the publisher and editor of Virtual Railroader.

Al has given us a fine magazine with high standards of content. It has been my pleasure to to have written some articles for Al and he is a fine gentleman who has worked diligently to keep Virtual Railroader out there for us.

Happy Anniversary!

Happy Birthday and many more of them !!

A fine example of good quality reading and learning source for our community

Happy anniversary from me too!!

I had the pleasure of getting help from Al Barten to proofread and write in a good English the background history for 2ft part of the Northbay project.
I also enjoyed many of the articles over the years - it's been a service I felt lucky to have had access to from time to time.

Many thanks to Virtual Railroader and its contributors for all the joy and pleasure given, and for you all spending the time doing the part you done in me having this great source of written articles, texts, hints and plain old good reading time. :)

My it be many more years!

Best wishes

Linda

Virtual Railroader is not only an excellent magazine, the quality is equal to anything on the newsagent shelves, the editing standards are very high, and the entire web site is equally as good.

My hearty congratulations to all involved; webmaster, authors, editors - the lot!

Thanks guys. I lost count years ago of how many articles we published. It's somewhere in the 250-300 range. We couldn't have done it without the many contributions from members of the communities and John D'Angelo in particular, who has been there by my side from the start.

This is a great hobby with a bright future.

As you can see from the links below, I'm a bit stretched these days.:p
