HI, just fin, my first object with trainz studio, not showing up in the game. only file i made is the config file,can someone show me what one looks like?thanks.
The easiest way to "see" a config.txt file is to find a model similar to the one you have created and look at that one. Depending on the version of Trainz you have the process is similar to this:
1) Open CMP or CM2 (version specific)
2) Search the "local content" (not the dls content) to find a model similar to what you have created
3) right click on the name of the model and select view config file (bottom of list in 09)
4) Now you can copy and past the file to a new notepad window and modify it with you're own KUID and make the changes to suite you're specific Item

In 2004 - scroll the locol folder looking for an item similar and double click on the config.txt to open it in notepad, copy the file to the working folder and modify then resave the file.
