Conditions for uploading Jointed Rail F7A to DLS??

Hi all

I've tried emailing Justin but not sure if he answers emails or not.

I need clarification of the conditions for uploading the Jointed Rail F7A to the DLS as well as the GE C30-7 locomotive (freeware). I always try to email the creator as it is the right thing to do, I need to know for sure and certain the distribution policy that Justin has in place for those two locos.

Jointedrail's C30-7's are Payware, the only freebie models iiirc are the EMD Demo SD60's and the F7's.....

I'm always trying to do the right thing in asking the creator permission to release their property. It is the right thing to do to send an email to the creator before distributing.

There maybe posts stating that it's ok to distribute, but my general practise is to email the person first.

When I don't get a response from creators, I will ask the community if they know for sure and certain what the conditions are for uploading an individual's work.

I would not deliberately distribute someone's content without their consent. I did once for MSTS but I didn't know any better back then.

Ahh ok.

Just to clarify something, this thread was not a shot at Justin, just merely an inquiry into his distribution policy.
