Computer is back

Around Chrismas time I started a thred called Not Happy
Where I told everyone that I computer is now fixed and yes I have it back
BUT the nice people that fixed my computer could not save any of my TRAINZ stuff so now I have to start all over again I am Running TRS 2010 and My BUILD41491 and I don't seem to be able to fined a patch for this
can you please help me out?
