Commiting Assets

I am using Trainz 2006, I can download items using the Content Manager Plus or download items from 3rd party items and upload them to Content Manager, but none of the items will commit, I receive the same message every time, Failed to commit Asset file access error. can you provide any advice? I am using Fedora Linux, with a windows emulator to access and play the game, I have had no problem with it, up until three days ago when this started happening.

Delete the Assets.tdx and Assets.bku files.

Start CMP and leave your computer alone for awhile as it rebuilds the database files.

May also be related to "read only" file permissions, or as applied to a specific folder.

I have also had this problem within the last week or so... I am running a fresh install of Vista. Everything worked fine until about a week ago when I started getting this error when downloading/committing assets AND when attempting to save a game or changes made to my route. I have attempted to change file permissions but it does not seem to have any effect.

Any idea on what has caused this on to completely different setups?
