CMP and Windows 7

I'm trying to get my CMP set up by it keeps saying my URL key is not there and I'm not registered when I am. I don't Know why this is happening and I need some Help.
 
Are you running Trainz/CMP as administrator? If not, Launcher.exe, Trainz.exe, ContentManager.exe/CMP and CCP.exe (otherwise known as Content Creator Plus) need to be set up to run as administrator. (All the files are in the Trainz installation folder (mostly under 'Bin'). Right-click each of the files in question, then click Compatibility then tick the bottom tick box before clicking OK.

Have you registered the game with auran using the Planet Auran system and added the serial number to your profile? (Use the 'Serial Number' link at the top to do this)

Without knowing your Trainz version, I can only give general advice.

What about for someone who bought the online version, but can't get it to completely download onto my computer because part way through the process it keeps asking for a CD to be inserted and won't accept anything other than that. I can't get past that part.

In my opinion, this thing has been more of a nightmare than something to enjoy and frankly, if I could find some way to cancel the order I would do it and by the product off another company.

I'm sorry but this Auran Company is no help whatsoever. I've sent in requests to the helpdesk and there has been nothing for two days, nothing!

Something as simple as this should be has been made complicated and I'm tired of dealing with it. Been better off buying the CD at a store than having to put up with this non-sense.

I'm sorry for the rant, but this is ridiculous. I can see why Auran doesn't have a phone number.

yeah i'm having problems to the same thing happning
i cant understand that so it,s waste of 27 dollars
the app does not work on vista i hate windows
if this was a mac program it will not have none of these problems.
 
Nice, maybe not, to know that I'm not the only one having problems.

I keep sending messages to the Helpdesk and no response at all. What kind of company is this? Fraudulant?

Well, I'm still stuck till someone can point past the icon telling me to insert a CD.
