This might help
The most probable explanation is that you are setting the clock in Surveyor, and expecting it to keep to the same time in Driver. A lot of us made that mistake at first!
After having set the clock in Surveyor, you expect it to stay at that time when in Driver – using the same logic as setting down a tree or track.
It doesn’t work that way.
You nee to do this:
1. Click on the Edit Session Rules button
2. On the dropdown menu select Startup Options
3. Click the Edit button. (n.b. From here you can click any of the underscored options)
4. Click on the underscored hour value
5. A popup box will appear. Key in your new hour value (minutes, if wanted, have to be selected separately). Click the green tick.
6. Click the green tick in the Edit Session window.
Go back to 3. if you want to select minutes, or any of the other underscored options.
The reason for this long winded process is because you can use a Route for running several separate sessions. These sessions can have different trains as most users know, but you can can also have different weather, separate start times, normal or speeded up time and lots of other combinations of goodies!
This picture might help with the 1 - 6 process outlined above. I see you use TRS2006, but I believe you will find that the method is the same.
BTW, you can also move any of the windowed pop-up boxes which have a spiral binding by dragging and dropping on the spiral bit. (I only discovered this option a few months ago!) It’s a great method for adjusting the screen information to see the relevant part of the Surveyor screen. The pop-ups nearly always seem to cover up the bit I'm working on!
Apologies if this image is a bit oversized for this thread, but any smaller and the text is unclear.
