Is it possible to reset rules similar to that found in TRS22? I need to make a fresh start with regard to consist locations, I have finished up with a live session.

It is possible to reset the session rules (all of them or only selected ones, depending on your needs) in TRS19PE only. Not in TRS19.

TRS19PE was the first version of Trainz to support the UDS which is now found in Trainz Plus and TRS22. The reset buttons in the Session Editor is used by the UDS in TRS19PE, Trainz Plus and TRS22 (all versions).

Thanks for that, I'll have to hunt for a saved session.

It would be nice if this reset put the trains back to where they started from at the same time. Resetting the rules and driver commands with consists all out of starting position wreaks havoc with complex operations as AI drivers attempt to go back to from where they started.

That is why I save the starting session and never overwrite it. When using the UDS if I need to save a "running" session after switching to Surveyor and editing I always use the "Save As" option and save the session as a new session with the consists at their new positions and rules in their altered states.

Yup. Same here. I make a backup always before playing with anything just in case my playing breaks something.
