Hi.
I have a strange problem relating to the engine spec on Peter Hicks GNER Class 91.
It works well but will not go any faster than 113mph. I've run it on level track for miles with no improvement on this top speed when it should prototypically, reach 140mph.
The strange thing is that I had a terrible problem with wheel slip and pathetic acceleration on the in-built HST 125 and by using the Class 91 engine spec on it, cured the problem. I don't understand why the same engine spec is not providing the same results on the loco is was made for.
I could start changing figures in the spec settings but not being entirely sure what the outcome would be, I'm reluctant to do so. Is there any tutorial on setting engine spec or does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Thanks.
