Class 09

Does anyone know where i can get a class 09? i know pikkabird made one but cant seem to find it, any help is appreciated

Thanks, but i'm only interested in freeware, i found the old one on the old download station, but it's unavailable, does anyone know if pikkabird is still active in the forums?
