g'day all,
i been given permission to change bridge track by the oringal author,as long i acknowledge the changes if i uploaded it
now do i need permision to use the track i want use for the bridge

I think the answer is probably not, judging by a similar query I raised some time ago. In your config, you are only referring to the track which will be used, not uploading it, and this is similar to using it in a route which you upload. Many routes have a long list of 'dependencies' - you do not have to ask the author of each for permission to use - it would be totally impractical.

You changed the bridge asset, so you need permission. You didn't change the track asset, so you don't need permission...
