Choosing which ruler to move in 2010

I really hope I've just missed it..........
How does one select a ruler to move when there other rulers are nearby ?
Almost -every- time I try to choose a ruler to move/delete, I get some other ruler "jumping over".
I even read the manual for 2006 and it was no help at all.

Ummmm.....been there....done that.
Full zoom will not work at all and partial zooms may or may not work.
I hate it when it pulls in a ruler form way off the screen !!!

So thy have still not fixed that. It was much easier in TRS2004, just something that was fixed when nothing was wrong with it.

I have had the same problem. It is easier to move rulers and other objects when you are looking straight down (90 deg) at the board.
