Changing user id

Does anyone know if it is possible to change a user id? I've been around the Auran/N3V website and found nothing.

If you're talking about your username, then you have to contact Auran/N3V through the helpdesk, but I don't believe that there's been much of a history at Auran of granting name changes. They'd know that better than I though.

Thanks. As an ex software engineer I would have thought the user kuid was the key and the user id could be changed by the user as required. However I'll ask.

You can change your username one time only by submitting a ticket to the helpdesk. I changed mine a while ago and Zec got in touch by e-mail soon after I submitted my ticket. I had to confirm the new username that I wanted and it was sorted for me without any fuss

Just went through it. Worked like a champ. Contacted the help desk, made a ticket and about a week or so and it was done. No problems so far.
