changing tracks

hi,
i'm just wondering can you change the tracks on bridges to the track i'm using in my route. it just looks aweful when the track is different to the track i'm using. i.e. standard bump

If you open the bridge for edit in the CMP, there should be an area where you can identify what track type is used on the bridge, just select another track, and bingo! there you have it.

another way

The method I use is simple, just lower the bridge slightly and run your main tracks over the top. I put spline points either side just beyond the bridge and use the Straighten Tool so your tracks fit on it neatly.
If the bridge is a viaduct and curved then lay the track beside it, get the height and set the track to that then move it/them over the viaduct.

I don't think you can straighten double track so you will need to use single. I use that all the time anyway.

I've been using that trick to make my road bridges look good. Works perfectly.
I've even used rail bridges as road bridges by doing this.
Sure you could do just about anything along these lines.
