Changing the track

Whould like to know how to have the mainline be concrete track and the yard and branchlines be wood track.

You have to lay it like that when you build your route. It would be possible to change an existing route to something like this is the existing route has 'clean' track for mainline and 'rusty' track for yards as these could be swapped using the 'Replace Assets' tool to your chosen concrete sleeper and wooden sleeper tracks
